Qn : How does religion affects friendship?
Practically, religion does affect the friendship between individuals but ideally this influence should have positive effects that teaches and preaches trust, faith and tolerance towards your friend’s religion. If we have friendship questions to ask that fathom the true wisdom of any religion, we would be surprised to find the ideas of love, affection and sacrifice underlying all doctrines. We can inculcate the pure happiness and knowledge of mystic friendship taught in all religions by simply amalgamating the mysticism and spirituality found in all of them, without intruding or hurting their belief and faith of our friends. This positive and holistic acceptance of everything cordial from each other’s beliefs and religion can lift us to a complete secular state of friendship.
Nevertheless, we still believe that there is one superior entity, whom we call ‘God’ irrespective of any religion. Thus, the root of all religion and spirituality is love, mutual respect, and benevolence towards your fellowmen and forgiveness. After all, humanity is the biggest religion!
